The Channel 9 Footy Show comes to London!

When the Footy Show came to London it was the perfect opportunity for the Cats to take a day off work and get down to the Royal Theatre, Drury Lane to watch.

The day started off in Covent Garden for a couple of swift ones, and then it was into the theatre for the show. All the regular guys were there, Eddie McGuire, Sam Newman, Billy Brownless, Trevor Marmalade and Gary Lyon, and they put on a star performance scoring the highest viewer ratings ever back home. The close of the curtains was not the end for the Wildcats - it was down to the Walkabout in Covent Garden, then on to the Sports Bar in Haymarket where all the celebs from the show were having drinks. The roving Wildcats had the cameras at the ready as they met and mingled over a few more drinks.

The presenters were there with their guests, and Wildcats could be seen drinking with the likes of Glenn McGrath and Jason Gillespie.

Obviously the likes of Sam Newman, Danii Minogue and Eddie McGuire couldn't keep up the ferocious drinking pace set by the Catters as they drank the place dry and proceeded on to the mighty watering hole - The Walkabout Shepherds Bush. Billy Brownless was in good hands though, as he donned his 'West London Wildcat' guernsey and followed the boys along.

The day ended up being a long one, but in true Cats style it was begun early and finished very, very late. Everyone had a great time, after all its not every day you can tell your mum to look out for you on the telly.
